Woodford County Extension Council:

An organized body of volunteer leaders that counsels with the Extension agents to help identify issues and community needs. The County Extension Council gives support to developing and carrying out educational programs that contribute to Woodford County's social and economic development.

The Woodford County Extension Council is made up of members representing each of the four Extension programs areas (Agriculture, Family and Consumer Sciences, 4-H Youth Development, and Horticulture), and the Extension District Board members.

Woodford County Extension District Board:

An organized sub-body of the County Extension Council created by the Woodford County Fiscal Court. The District Board is a body corporate, serving as an agency of the State to manage the affairs of the Woodford County Extension District, whose boundaries are coexistent with the boundaries of the County.

Misuse of County Funds

Program Complaint

Any person who believes they have been discriminated against in any Cooperative Extension Service-sponsored activity or program may file a complaint with the Secretary of Agriculture by writing to:

A complaint must be filed no later than 180 days from the date of the alleged discrimination.
